From White Belt novice to Black Belt Confidence, we teach Traditional Martial Arts Values of Respect, Focus, Courtesy, Self Confidence and Self Esteem.
Along with the Martial Arts program we run A Life Skills programe for all the kids, which helps kids develop skills that they carry to all aspects of their life as they grow up, such as concentration, leadership, dedication. Each lesson is based on learning a skill or concept. Kids learn to work with one another, by practising Techniques.
